Who is TF KINU 1?
TF Kinu 1 was exported to the USA by Shogo Takeda. She was the only 100% Tajima cow of the Okudoi strain to have been exported from Japan. The other two strains in Hyogo prefecture are Nakadoi and Kumanami. The Okudoi strain is known to be smaller in size but to produce high marbling. Kinu 1’s sire, Kikuyasu Doi, is known in Japan to produce extremely good marbling. TF Kinu 1 is known for her unique history, with her dam being purchased by Mr. Takeda at 16 years old and pregnant with TF Kinu 1. Not to mention her granddam was born in the Hyogo prefecture and designated as one of the best foundation stock in the Hyogo prefecture!
Kinu Maternal Line Results; The Kinu maternal line has been a consistent producer of elite proven Carcass specialist sires, particularly in Australian programs such as Blackmore Wagyu. Kinu maternal line genetics have been tightly held and rarely offered for sale because of their rarity and high performance.
